Following Simon’s wing walk, which took place on July 27, the day proved to be a resounding success, with the weather holding up for all the courageous wing walkers! The excitement was even higher when they were joined in the air by James Phelps, renowned for his role as Fred Weasley in the Harry Potter films.
A big congratulations to Simon Holding and the entire Hope House & Ty Gobaith Wing walking team, who managed to raise an impressive £16,000! The event became even more extraordinary as the ten brave members of Hope House joined forces with the ten other daring individuals for DofE’s wing walk challenge, collectively raising over £30,000!
